White Chocolate Cage

This was for a dinner party, I think I am going to incorporate them onto some cake designs as ‘toppers’.

Milk chocolate and plain chocolate will be best though as white chocolate melts at very low temperatures and wont stay ‘standing’ for very long at room temperature without bending or snapping.

The cake underneath was a mini chocolate orange cake with marzipan blossoms.
