Hot Air Balloon cake

This cake was for my mum’s 50 birthday, it was a rich chocolate orange sponge cake with an orange cream cheese frosting.



I marbled the blue and white icing and then covered the cake. Then I used a lace emboss to create the raised area for the balloons.

The marbling effect is really nice and I can’t wait to try it with MORE COLOURS all at once!
